Refund:

Here at Vasili’s Garden and Cafe, we are able to refund an item only if they are defective or faulty. If the item that you’ve received is faulty, please email us within 7 days of obtaining your product at admin@vasilisgarden.com.au. Please provide us with your order number and details of the defective item. We may require photo/video proof of the defective item.

Vasili’s Garden and Cafe will not be held liable for any damages caused to products during postal transit. Please fill out our product claim form within 7 days of receiving your product. Once your claim has been accepted, please return the package to 21-25 Munro St, Coburg, Vic 3058 for inspection and review. We will require the package to be returned via a trackable postage service. The total cost of postage incurred for the returned items will be reimbursed and the damaged items will be replaced once the claim has been approved and accepted.

Change of Mind or Exchange

Unfortunately here at Vasili’s Garden and Cafe, we do not offer a ‘change of mind exchange’, so please be mindful before checking out your items.

Pick Up:

If you live close by or are in the area you are more than welcome to come and pick up your items from our distributor. Please note that if you would like to pick up your items, please notify us via email or phone at least 48 hours prior to ensure that we have your product in stock and we can organize a pickup time.

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa Credit Card and PayPal. All card payments will be redirected via PayPal for processing.

Shipping & Delivery:

All orders are processed within 3 business days of the purchase date. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please notify us by email at admin@vasilisgarden.com.au We use a courier delivery service to ensure all packages are delivered safely. If possible, please provide a street address for delivery as they may not be able to deliver to PO Boxes, locked bags or parcel lockers. If you are not home at the time of delivery you can specify a re-delivery or give authority to leave. You will be sent your parcel tracking ID via email once the shipment is made and you will be able to track it online.

Shipping is not available, only local pickup.
