Description
Persimmon Trees are highly sort for at Vasili’s Garden Centre. The highly attractive tree will suit both large and small gardens and can even grow in pots. The leaves will turn different shades of beautiful Autumn colours before dropping in autumn and will often leave fruit hanging decoratively on the bare branches.
The ‘Fuyu’ non astringent variety is large and flat, orange-red in colour with a sweet, mild flavour. It can be eaten hard earlier in the season or soft almost jelly like later in the season.
